About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Associate to join the Commercial Card team within the Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) line of business.
In this role, you will:- Participate in implementations for enterprise products and services within change management
- Develop project plans, timelines, and workflow to meet client and enterprise needs
- Identify, and provide effective training methods
- Receive direction from manager and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of Change Management support
- Collaborate and consult with peers, manager, and compliance
Required Qualifications:- 6+ months of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Experience & knowledge of Commercial Card product implementations
- Experience in GPL implementations teams and internal tools utilized in onboarding these services (TSYS, WellsOne Expense Manager Visa and MasterCard Systems)
- Strong customer focus and demonstrated past achievements applying a customer mindset to shape strategies and action plans
- Experience in building and managing partner relationships
- Highly organized individual who can establish and successfully drive results against goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Charlotte, NC, or El Monte, CA approximately 3 days a week
Pay Range:- Charlotte, NC: $60,000 - $91,000
- El Monte, CA: $72,000 - $109,000
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
