Provide technical support to customers and the field sales Collaborate with Product Engineering and Return Material Authorization (RMA) Provide 8D or failure documentation for customer failure resolution Implement fixes for fails (design or process) Develop software to interpret data Works well in a team environment Experience in bios/linux driver development/debug Understanding of system architecture and memory subsystem Comfortable working with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzer, protocol analyzers, soldering equipment, etc Previous experience validating products with both hardware/firmware/software components
