What You Will Do:
Provides support and guidance on all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, Capital Projects and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
What the candidate will do:
• Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
• Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
• Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
• Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
• Create new capital Projects and NPI Process
• Create New Programs CNC ISO/ Knowledge Nx Siemens
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in related field required.
Spoken English Intermediate level
Skill Descriptors
Lean Manufacturing:
- Understands the philosophy, principles, and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing.
- Capable of integrating and applying lean manufacturing concepts into existing production and management processes.
Manufacturing Equipment:
- Knowledgeable in electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing.
- Able to safely operate, maintain, update, and store manufacturing equipment.
Manufacturing Processes:
- Familiar with current product manufacturing methods, technologies, and processes.
- Skilled in executing, planning, managing, and monitoring the entire manufacturing process.
Manufacturing Safety:
- Understands manufacturing safety standards and practices.
- Able to identify work-related hazards and perform necessary actions to meet regulatory safety and environmental requirements.
Manufacturing Standards, Procedures and Policies:
- Knowledgeable in organizational standards, procedures, and policies related to manufacturing.
- Capable of planning, guiding, and monitoring manufacturing activities to ensure compliance.
Additional Information:
- The location for this position is Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
- This position may require domestic travelling up to 10%.
- Domestic relocations is not available.
- Work schedule: Monday – Friday (6:24am - 16:00pm) and Saturday (7:00am - 2:30pm)
