What does a great Clover Concierge Specialist do at Fiserv?
As a Clover Concierge Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client support team, acting as a dedicated resource for Clover clients. This position involves providing exceptional service, support, and guidance to enhance the client experience with Clover products and services.
What will you do:
- Work through administrative tasks, projects, input into procedural processes and outcomes while applying fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of field of specialization to achieve defined outcomes and desires results.
- Demonstrate ability to determine decision criteria within masses of inputs and document requirements clearly and concisely. Conduct Clover device installation and training, including following-up with merchant at a 30/60 day mark.
- Provide feedback to Clover Concierge Advisor in partnership with internal product stakeholders.
- Address merchant concerns the team directly with a quick resolution, assisting with retention of account.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Clover clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to Clover products and services.
- Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions to ensure a high level of service and follow-up.
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, seeking opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
- Stay current with Clover product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
What you will need to have:
- 3-5 years of work experience or equivalent combination of education, work experience, or related.
- 2 + year of college degree required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking the initiative.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
What would be great to have:
- Previous experience in customer service or a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
- Understanding of point-of-sale systems and Clover products is a plus.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while taking the initiative.
