What does a successful Senior Product Designer do a Fiserv?
Fiserv’s small business financing products extend necessary funding to our small
businesses. We integrate our financing solutions with both internal and external
partners core credit card and Point-Of-Sale (POS) processing systems for hundreds of thousands of merchants worldwide. Program management provides oversight and delivery of new financial products and ensures seamless integration of vendors that we partner with.

In this role you can expect to:
Manage large scale projects and programs across all of Fiserv; ensuring cross functional teams stay aligned and deliver on program goals end to end from inception, through implementation and eventual rollout.
Assess, manage and communicate project risks to all stakeholders.
Create and manage project implementation plans; dependency management; resource management and status reporting.
Manage change control, scoping and contingency planning.
Establish, maintain and improve program governance structures to ensure programs and projects are delivered on time, in scope and within budget.
Develop and publish KPIs to track performance trends and metrics.
Mentor and train project/program managers.
Collaborate with internal, external stakeholders, teams and business units while managing project delivery.
Proactively take ownership of the program (s) and be a single point of contact for status at any instance of time.
Contribute to process improvements
What you must have:
BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ Years of Program Management Experience working in a large technology organization with at least 3 years experience leading large-scale programs.
Solid understanding of SMB lending / financing products
Solid understanding of technology stacks, and fundamental dependencies as related to technical projects.
Expert level knowledge of program/project management and experience in leading a portfolio of programs with success.
Comfortable working with, presenting to, and facilitating decisions among senior executives based on evolving priorities.
Proven ability to effectively lead and influence without direct authority.
Able to think and act strategically and tactically within a technical discipline and from a broad business perspective.
Strong leadership skills and experience in building positive relationships, strategic partnerships with external and internal key stakeholders.
Excellent oral, written and social skills with shown ability to lead sophisticated matrix teams across geographic and business unit boundaries.
Excellent negotiation, conflict, and discernment skills to balance business goals.
Proven track record of projects with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
What is nice to have:
Coding experience in any programming language
Experience with vendor management and third parties
Able to traverse complex organization structure horizontally and vertically
Jira, Confluence, Office and Google suite, and solid presentation skills
