As a Technical User Experience Design - Advisor I, you will be part of a talented UX team dedicated to creating user-centered design solutions. This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of intuitive and engaging user experiences that align with our strategic goals.
What you will do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies for Fiserv's digital products and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into design specifications.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Continuously gather and leverage qualitative user research and data to inform iterative design improvements.
- Design comprehensive service journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Optimize sales and support cycles by creating seamless interactions and workflows, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, co-creation sessions, and bodystorming to engage teams in collaborative design thinking processes.
- Mentor junior UX designers and provide guidance on best practices and design principles.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of user experience strategies across multiple workstreams, including AI-integrated products and data visualization.
- Conduct thorough user research, usability tests, and data analysis to inform both service and UI/UX design decisions.
- Create comprehensive service journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Design and optimize sales and support cycles by creating seamless interactions and workflows, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions to engage teams in collaborative design thinking processes.
- Develop personas and usage scenarios to accurately capture user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on best practices in both UX/UI and service design principles.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.
