What does a successful Product Growth Manager, Product Growth Commerce Platforms do at Fiserv?
Fiserv is building the next generation of commerce gateways, and we want you to be a key player on our Commerce Platform team. As a Product Growth Manager, you'll be the expert who drives product growth, helping us expand our growth and market share, and bring innovative solutions to our clients. You'll focus on our Commerce Hub, Exchange, and Connected Commerce products.
What you will do:
- Be the product-level subject matter expert, engaging with our sales, account, and relationship teams to drive revenue and business growth.
- Provide detailed product overviews, demos, and API portal walkthroughs for clients.
- Gather market and customer requirements, translating them into valuable insights for our technical product and development teams.
- Partner with our strategy team to analyze market size and identify opportunities for new product capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party partnerships, commercializing new relationships and training our teams on these solutions.
- Help us extend our product offerings, working to fill gaps and expand our addressable market.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent combination of experience, education and military.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Business Development, Product Growth or Partnership Management with a focus on technical solutions.
- Experience in the payments, merchant acquiring, or financial services industry.
- Product Management background is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical requirements at a business level.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, strategy, and engineering.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demo and discuss complex technical products.
What would be great to have:
- Familiarity with alternative payment providers and third-party partnerships.
- Experience with Jira or other agile project management tools.
How you’ll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
