What does a Client Solution Consultant for Card Services do?
A Client Solution Consultant at Fiserv will collaborate with the sales and product executives to demonstrate and deliver comprehensive client-focused solution conversations. You will outline how Fiserv’s solutions will enable a client to accomplish their business objectives and resolve operational pain points. Through your demonstrations, you will be engaging, informative and outcomes-oriented, and will help drive sales, deepen relationships with Product and Marketing, and deliver the value of Fiserv.
What you will do:
- Lead client discovery sessions to uncover debit and/or credit card business strategy, objectives, pain points and processing requirements.
- Present Card Services solution value to prospects and existing clients, aligning our capabilities to client strategy and mitigation.
- Represent Fiserv at user groups, trade shows and conferences as required.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or combined equivalent of education, work or military experience.
- 5+ years of supporting sales with solution presentations or technical demonstrations in card services, payments, banking or core processing.
- Experience in translating product capabilities into measurable client outcomes.
- Ability to travel up to 50%

- Experience in Fiserv products or proven go to market strategies
- Experience in innovative payment solutions
