This position does not support teleworking; you will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in
Littleton CO and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.
What does this role look like?Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the SPP portfolio on a critical payload development team. In this role you will be a key stakeholder in CCA hardware design, test, integration, and documentation through the entire development life cycle.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:• Experience or coursework with electronic circuit design.
• Support technical reviews and be able to present to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration of electronic CCAs.
• Troubleshooting and anomaly resolution, review and presentation of Product Certification, and support system level testing.
To be effective in this role, you will need:• Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.
• Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.
• Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers.
• Experience in presentations and in written communication skills.
• 3+ years of professional experience for this role.
• Must have an active DoD
Top Secret clearance, thus you are a
US Citizen.

Let’s do Space!Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with design and/or analysis of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA).
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret clearance, thus you are a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:• Demonstrated experience working with external vendors as well as internal manufacturing.
• Previous or current technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in PCB Design and Fabrication or Assembly.
• Knowledge of CCA test requirements and processes.
• Demonstrated leadership, or willingness to lead.
• Ability to understand electrical circuits, interfaces, and interconnect diagrams.
• Previous or current Certified Product Engineer (CPE) or equivalent responsible product engineer experience.
• PSPICE, Saber, or other electronics simulation tool experience.
• Technical experience in full life cycle development of hardware including design, integration, and test.
• Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Active or Current Top Secret security clearance with Poly

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
