In this role, you will:- Participate in a range of low to moderately complex investigative, security consulting and risk-based security services to anticipate, prevent, and mitigate actual or threatened violence, assault, intimidation, or other criminal acts involving or against company assets, employees, or customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, both within the executive protection scope of responsibilities as well as in related roles executive protection interacts with to carry out activities
- Be responsible for protective programs to include personal protection, corporate facilities, residence, airfield and event security, ground and air transportation, protocol, personal assistance, and special projects
- Review and analyze basic or tactical security business, or technical challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium security risk activities and deliverables
- Provide training to Corporate Security and other lines of business on appropriate security and risk strategies
- Present recommendations for anticipating and resolving security situations and exercise some independent judgment within Corporate Security guidelines, escalating as appropriate to ensure Corporate Security senior leadership and other line of business leaders are aware of material risks
- Develop an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, including any additional jurisdictional requirements related to executive protection, and provide feedback to ensure that executive protection issues are reasonable addressed in such documents
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Corporate Services and Law Enforcement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Valid government-issued driver's license
- Valid passport
Desired Qualifications:- 2 years law enforcement, military, or executive protection experience
- New York State armed security license (ASO)
- 9mm certified
- New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicles valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience in the field of Executive Protection, emergency medical training or defensive driving
Job Expectations:- Reasonable physical fitness as required to mitigate risks to Wells Fargo's senior executives in the event of an active threat or incident
- Ability to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, occasionally with little advance notice
- Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
- Must have eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
- Must be able to demonstrate specialty driving skills related to executive protection, e.g., tactical, evasive, or defensive driving certification, renewed annually
- Ability to work in assigned Wells Fargo office location when not in the field at other Wells Fargo locations as required for role
- Must have eyesight corrected to 20/20 and no uncorrectable hearing impairment
- Ability to travel domestically and foreign approximately 30% of the time
Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$34.62 - $52.40
