We are locally owned and strive to provide exceptional services to the Joplin area! As a Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and customer service. Responsibilities include:
-Providing sales and service support to new and current customers of Metro by T-Mobile
-Greeting customers in a timely and positive manner - creating a positive sales experience for the customer while Identifying the customer's needs and providing information related to Metro by T-Mobile products and services
-Completing all aspects of any sale including the creation of account records to establish service, accepting customer payments and any other sales transactions
-Maintaining records of existing and potential customers in a safe manner
-Our representative is a "knowledgeable expert" for customer troubleshooting and resolving issues at the store level! Bilingual preferred, not require.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.75 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 38 per week
