Work You’ll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Analyze pilot production, training requirements, and aircraft availability to optimize mission readiness.
- Advise leadership on resource allocation, scheduling, and sustainment operations.
- Develop and present data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reporting.
- Lead teams responsible for analysis, scheduling, training, and quality assurance.
- Identify root causes of operational shortfalls and implement process improvements.
- Guide adoption and integration of advanced aircraft information systems across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with operational, information, and security standards.
- Mentor team members on best practices, tools, and process enhancements.

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s Degree Required
- Secret Security Clearance Required
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with aircraft maintenance procedures and protocols, including 3902 compliance requirements.
- At least 3 years of professional experience conducting data analysis and interpretation relevant to aircraft maintenance or military readiness.
- Demonstrated proficiency using data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) tracking, interpreting, and reporting readiness metrics and logistics data for aircraft maintenance operations.
- Minimum of 2 years experience teaching or training Air Force maintenance requirements and procedures, including translating technical concepts into effective data analysis and dashboard tools for diverse audiences.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
