About your role:
An IT Business Consultant is a technical self-starter that will install and maintain the DNA core account processing software and peripheral devices. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be a key part of one of the top core banking platforms in the industry! This job is significant to the growth of our business as it involves supporting a new client through the implementation process by playing a critical role in the success of the deployment, configuration and set up of the DNA software.

Experience you will need to have:
- 8+ years of experience in technical support or professional services within the fintech industry.
- 5+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows, including workstations and servers
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle and MS SQL Server databases
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server and Windows 7/10
- Advanced skills in Microsoft IIS and Microsoft Certificates
- Experience and comfortable client facing with both internal/external C-Level clients
- Previous experience of multitasking across projects within a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Background in financial software, working directly with clients and internal project team members
- Experience with Fiserv DNA and WMF
- SQL development experience
- Knowledge of SSL protocols and their application in secure client-server communications
- Experience with Nexus Evolution software, including its integration with core banking systems
How you’ll work:
- This role requires being on-call during non-standard and/or overnight hours on a rotational basis.
- Approximately 50% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
- The successful candidate for this role will be hired in the location or one of the locations identified above.
