Organizational Responsibilities:
• Proactively supports accounts across the region and members of the regional team.
• Maintain good relationships with Regional Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents, District Managers, General Managers and Directors of Business Development.
• Works with members of the Healthcare Center of Excellence Team, Aramark IT, Operations Support and Vendor experts in delivering Aramark programs to accounts.
• All program functions at clients’ sites are consistent with the objectives, financial parameters, and technical needs required per contracts.
• Reports to Regional Project Manager supporting District Managers, Vice President of Operations, Front Line Managers.
Position Responsibilities
• Ability to work remotely in a 75%- 90% travel role.
• Assist with the mobilization/start-up of new business.
• Perform front line task assignments as directed in mobilizations and site support visits.
• Provide onsite management support as directed.
• As directed from leadership, prepare procedures, flow charts and reports in support operational benchmarking and other programs as needed.
• Collect data, analyze and report out on performance of patient dining, food production, retail dining.
• Perform quality control/quality assurance of the data collected.
• Facilitate FSQA auditing with training plan, and leadership follow up as needed.
• Provide technical training to field personnel in the operation, configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting, patient experience, KPI’s and systems per line of service.
• Perform site remediation actions as directed from leadership for program updates and assessments per line of service.
• Serve as a strong support resource and mentor/coach for leaders and managers.
• Assist District Managers and front line mangers in assessing performance metrics to demonstrate value to our customers.
• Drive improved operating effectiveness and efficiency with standardized programs, tools, and processes.
• Train Front Line Managers and District Managers to lead and deliver systems and process training.
• Effectively deliver new program material to regions, districts, and clients.
• Proactively identify best practices for development within the market.
• Support the development, training, and execution of operating standards per line of service in mobilizations and site remediation activities per line of service
• Assist with standard key performance indicator (KPI) reports to management that reflect client needs for areas such as equipment maintenance status, labor, and asset utilization, product cost and utilization.
• Interface with Center of Excellence, Healthcare Hospitality, Clinical Nutrition, Retail Dining, Patient Experience, Development, Costing and Analytics teams.
• Perform all other duties as assigned from the Healthcare Center of Excellence Leadership.
