The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager based out of Mesa, Arizona.
As the Senior Contracts Manager, you will support the Vertical Lift business area focused on the aircraft and aftermarket for Apache and Little Bird Programs. This critical position is a key member of the Apache leadership team. It’s a multifaceted position that collaborates with various internal collaborators and connects primarily with the U.S. Army.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and performs integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of contract administrators and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers (domestic and international), collaborators, peers, partners, and direct reports
Manages, develops, mentors, and motivates employees and first line managers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Willing to travel domestically as needed
5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts in programs with multiple customers and multiple contract types, such as: general terms agreements, assignment agreements, nondisclosure agreements, purchase, and sale agreements
5+ years of experience leading or managing proposal development and negotiating government contracts

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $139,400 – $188,600
