Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented strategic Senior Content Specialist with deep experience in taxonomy, content modeling, digital asset management (DAM), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is pivotal to optimizing content lifecycle workflows, enabling content discoverability, and supporting omnichannel delivery strategies.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of content strategy, business analysis, taxonomy/metadata design and management, and hands on content operations experience. You’ll work cross functionally with our sales, product, marketing, reporting, development, and compliance teams to ensure content is structured, tagged, and managed for scale and reuse.
Keys to the Position
- Proven experience establishing taxonomy, content management, and digital asset management for investment-related content
- Asset management industry experience is required
- 8+ years of experience in content strategy, operations, and governance
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Collibra is a significant plus
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and take full ownership of deliverables
- Strong collaboration skills with a passion for working cross-functionally across teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work onsite at a office four days per week
- Boston is the preference but Needham, NYC or Chicago work as well
Estimated Min Rate: $112000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $160000.00
