About this Position Join our dynamic Sales & Channel Excellence team to support strategic initiatives across Key Account Management and Channel Excellence, as well as Market Intelligence. As an intern, you will contribute to global projects, drive process improvements, and help prepare our commercial organization for the future – leveraging tools like Salesforce and exploring how AI can support our commercial teams.
What you´ll do
- Support with key account management excellence by further enhancing our current tools and processes landscape to professionalize customer interactions
- Push the topic of channel excellence by co-developing global standards through partner programs and playbooks, leveraging market analysis to align strategies and drive consistency across all regions
- Facilitate lead generation through comprehensive market analysis and discover untapped global business opportunities
- Co-drive market intelligence by preparing reports, delivering insights to the commercial team, and deriving clear actions
- Make our commercial organization AI ready by researching for additional opportunities and tools during the upskilling of our teams
- Support the roll-out of the new CRM System within the business
