• 担任客户顾问,主动频繁高效客户拜访,建立和维护良好的客户关系,了解并发掘客户
的需求,关注客户的关键绩效指标,并能基于客户的需求提供对客户有价值的优选方案;
• 通过“客户至上”的顾问式服务,赢得客户信任并与客户建立嵌入式的长期服务伙伴关
系,从而实现公司的业绩目标;
• 了解客户预算计划,熟悉客户机房运行特点,了解客户设施管理现状和需求,向客户建
议保养、预防性大修、系统升级,空调及机电系统运行管理等常规服务及延伸价值方案;
• 为客户分析空调设备及空调系统所碰到的问题,帮助客户做出最优方案选择;
• 代表客户方,负责推进与技术支持部门、售后运营等部门的紧密合作,确保实现我们对
客户的服务承诺;
• 充分掌握顾问式服务业务流程,完成销售业务的定单跟进、下单、业务实施、项目成效
监督管理、开票确认收入、收款及客户满意度跟踪等全部工作;
• 积极扩大特灵在暖通行业售后服务业务的市场影响力,从而实现服务市场占有率。

任职资格:
• 本科以上学历,暖通相关专业;
• 5 年以上暖通行业销售经验;
• 了解暖通设备及系统构成、运行模式,能读懂常见制冷机房流程图;
• 熟悉各风冷、水冷机组的使用条件及常见问题;
• 根据客户机组运行情况提供对应的服务方案建议;
• 具有很强的客户服务意识;
• 富有团队合作精神
