Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team to proceed Lean deployment at CCMC, includes Lean methodology training, Lean culture promotion, working with operation team on Lean execution like Gamba Walk, LSW, VST, Model line, etc., monitor and governance Lean process health and continue improvement on Lean execution.
• CAV certification, covers enable process and core process, CAV knowledge training and sharing, and regular CAV internal audit and organize external audit.
• CQMS training, regular internal audit QMS execution and effectiveness, and organize CMQS 3rd party audit.
• Dedicated BIQ enhancement assessment for whole campus.
• Smart manufacturing maturity assessment and smart manufacturing projects compliance assessment and management.
Background/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing or operations management, with hands-on Lean project experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills to effectively promote team collaboration and cultural development.
• Familiar with data-driven improvement approaches, able to identify bottlenecks and develop optimization plans through data analysis.
• Possesses process design and optimization capabilities to build a systematic Lean execution framework.
• English communication capability is a must.
• Experience with systems such as CAV, CQMS, BIQ, and Smart Manufacturing is a plus.

Six Sigma Methodology: Knowledge of the concepts of Six Methodology; ability to use the methodology to improve the processes and procedures and control the improvements by eliminating root causes.
Level Working Knowledge:
• Analyzes business priorities for selecting potential critical metrics.
• Uses tools (e.g. trend charts, Pareto charts, sigma conversion chart) to measure historical performance.
• Researches important causes that have an impact on quality and customer satisfaction with the use of statistical tools.
• Resolves routine problems in a cost effective manner.
• Reports deviances from process improvements.
Additional information
The position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
