As a Welder III, you’ll receive a competitive hourly and pay package with room to grow, based on performance, attendance and business need, as well as additional advanced manufacturing positions based on skills and experience. In this role you will be eligible for over time.

As a Caterpillar Welder III in Victoria, TX you will:
Successful candidate must bring (Basic Qualifications):
Must be able to pass Caterpillar welding and classroom testing which includes welding courses with 80% or higher score, safety course 100% passing, 2F 8mm weld test, 2F10mm weld test, 1G weld Test. Failure to pass these tests after 4 weeks of employment could result in termination.

Compensation: $21.70 + Quarterly Gainsharing Bonus
Compensation Growth: Pay increases are based on skills and performance, as well as an annual opportunity for a merit increase
Shift: First Shift
Hours: 07:00AM-03:30PM, with overtime as available or required

Summary Pay Range:
$21.70 - $28.20
