What does a great Director, DNA Implementations do at Fiserv?
You lead a team that turns complex migrations into clear, repeatable outcomes for banks and credit unions. You build implementation plans that map directly to a client’s operational goals, coach your team through technical and organizational change, and partner across product, support and client success to make adoption measurable. What you will do:
- Lead and develop the DNA implementation team to deliver on-time, on-budget deployments.
- Design and execute implementation strategies tailored to client priorities and risk profiles.
- Oversee client training, enablement and handoff to operations to drive platform adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve technical or process blockers.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and risks; escalate when thresholds are exceeded.
- Use post-implementation metrics to refine methodology and improve future rollouts.
What You Will Need To Have:
- 8+ years of experience in project management and system implementations within financial services.
- 8+ years managing large-scale software deployment projects.
- 8+ years in client-facing roles, including leading teams and managing customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and cross-office collaboration.
What Would Be Great To Have:
- Deep knowledge of the DNA platform’s functionality and operational impact.
- Demonstrated success improving implementation methodologies and playbooks.
- Strong background in financial-services operations and core banking technology.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar implementation budgets and enforcing deadlines.
- Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
