What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes, including the development of production operation estimates, tracking cost and schedule performance, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Developing production operation estimates and tracking cost and schedule performance.
- Conducting capacity assessments and trend analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and implementing cost models and cost reduction initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Analyzing data to identify opportunities for process enhancements and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a STEM‑related field
• Professional experience with proposals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:• Ability to create and deliver presentations
• Experience using SAP ERP system
• CAM (Control Account Manager) certified
• Experience or education in manufacturing environment
• Experience creating Tableau dashboards
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
