Description:This position will support the Enterprise IT vice president and potentially other organizations within Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation organization.
The successful candidate will be a highly proactive team member who performs a variety of administrative activities and other tasks in support of the vice president and other senior staff members including, but not limited to:
* Full-scope administrative support including complex calendar management and coordination of domestic and international travel
* Timely and accurate creation and submission of expense reports and foreign travel reporting
* Special event and quarterly offsite meeting planning and execution to include coordinating logistics, arranging catering and accommodations
* Provide support for building access, badging, and equipment requests for guests, new hires, and contracted labor
* Creates and edits PowerPoint presentations; using personal computers and standard desktop software to create reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, charts, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage
*Work closely with IT, facilities, finance, senior leadership, and other administrative staff in support of program objectives and to meet team needs
* Professionally and courteously screening phone calls, making proper referrals, taking messages, and receives, refers or answers email
* Compiles, reviews and analyzes data from multiple sources to maintain files and records for the executive and senior leadership team
Basic Qualifications:- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex calendars and experience applying critical thinking to tasks and calendar prioritization
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and submit expense reports
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative role

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $70,500 - $117,415. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
