Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) seeks a Mid-Level Manufacturing Scheduler to join Space Launch System program at the Michoud Assembly Facility in New Orleans, Louisiana owned by NASA.
Boeing works at this site building the largest rocket in history in the world. The project will eventually take the world to Mars.
Position Responsibilities:
Understands the integration of the scheduling and business systems.
Develops solutions to problems.
Analyzes and passes defect free data to down stream systems.
Trains co-workers on the data integration between master schedules and down stream systems, as well as processes used to pass the data.
Represents the business systems in workshops for process improvements.
Develops request for cost and risk impact associated with proposed schedule changes.
Analyzes and integrates inputs.
Develops cost/risk benefit summaries and recommendations for leadership approval, with assistance from higher level analyst.
Implements approved plan.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ years of experience working in a production environment.
Willing to work alternating shifts, holidays, and weekends to support customer’s needs.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $69,700 - $94,300
