ERP Systems Analyst | Duramax Marine – Hiram, OH

We’re looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to support, enhance and maintain our ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process improvement, along with hands-on development to connect ERP data to dashboards and other shop floor visualization tools. What The Role will Do:
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/ERP teams to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, recommending ERP-driven improvements.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
- Develop, modify, and support customizations, integrations, and reports within the ERP system.
- Design and implement data connections between ERP and shop floor dashboards (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, custom web dashboards).
- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, APIs, and scripts for ERP reporting and dashboard integrations.
- Build real-time or near-real-time dashboards to display ERP data (production status, inventory, KPIs) to shop floor and management teams.
- Collaborate with ERP vendors and third-party developers to implement upgrades, patches, and new functionality.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support for ERP and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across ERP and reporting solutions.
- Participate in ERP testing, upgrades, and system rollouts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent years of work experience.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an ERP Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Hands on experience in an ERP systems, manufacturing workflows, and process automation.
- Proficiency with SQL and relational databases for querying and reporting
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and middleware for ERP integrations
- Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Tableau.
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ITAR, CMMC) relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Project coordination or junior project management experience is a plus.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
