Our Accounts Payable Product Management team at Workday empowers our customers with intuitive experiences, groundbreaking innovation, and business compliance that drive digital transformation and operational efficiency. As part of the industry-leading Workday Financial Management Product Management team, we lead product roadmaps, design features, and develop new products to meet customer and market needs. We collaborate closely with customers, our strategy teams, and implement and support leadership to ensure our products empower digital transformations in the office of the CFO.
About the Role
Are you a product manager with a background in Procurement, Financial Management or ERP systems? We want your perspective and fresh ideas to contribute to our next generation Accounts Payable solution!
We need an independent product leader who is passionate about solving sophisticated and ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment. Work alongside UX, engineering and business partners to drive significant outcomes for Workday and our customers.
When you join Workday as a Product Manager, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our applications, product development methodology, and processes through formal and informal training to become the owner of the functional application design for your domain.
Apply your combined functional and systems knowledge to analyze customer business processes, understand localization requirements and deliver global frameworks to solve local requirements.
Collaborate internally with the functional & technical architects, engineering and QA teams to transform customer pain points into functional designs and storyboarding.
Build next-generation business applications in a continuous delivery cycle, acting as the voice of the customer and the product management team to ensure product and feature delivery within an Agile environment.
Develop presentations, mock-ups, flowcharts, and product demonstrations to facilitate effective communication with stakeholders.

About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
Experience developing or implementing enterprise applications, such as Finance, Procurement, HCM, CRM or others
Other Qualifications
BS / BA / MS / MA degree or equivalent work experience
Hands-on experience with ERP software in large enterprise environments
Experience working with software developers in an Agile environment
Functional knowledge of accounts payable, accounting, or procure-to-pay processes is an advantage
A highly motivated, quick learner, who thrives on creatively solving tough problems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record as the voice of the customer for multiple teams and projects
