DeZURIK is seeking a Director of Industrial Finance to drive strategic financial leadership for our Industrial Business Unit (IBU). In this high-impact role, you will own IBU budgeting, forecasting, and income statement and balance sheet analysis—partnering directly with business and corporate leaders to shape decisions that fuel growth and performance.
As a trusted financial advisor, you’ll provide deep analytical insights across product lines, facilities, and customers, helping the IBU identify trends, optimize margins, and improve cash flow. You’ll play a key role in forecasting, strategic planning, SIOP processes, and acquisition modeling—ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable intelligence at every step.
The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA or CPA/CMA preferred) and 5+ years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, or corporate finance—ideally within manufacturing. You’re a data-driven leader who thrives on collaboration, business partnership, and continuous improvement.
