Where is the work:
Remote (within territory)
Principal Responsibilities:
•Execute installation, commissioning and decommissioning of rental chillers/HVAC systems to meet contract requirements.
•Conduct preventive maintenance according to rental agreements and OEM specifications to ensure equipment reliability.
•Perform emergency troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize rental equipment downtime.
•Monitor equipment performance through IoT data and field inspections while ensuring EHS compliance.
•Train clients on proper operation of rental equipment.
•Coordinate logistics including parts procurement, transportation and on-site equipment handovers.
•Maintain digital service records using CMSA tools and update equipment health dashboards.
•Identify potential contract renewal opportunities through proactive customer engagement.
Qualifications:
•Hold a Technical Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
•Possess 3+ years experience servicing commercial chillers with rental equipment background.
•Demonstrate proficiency in chiller controls (BMS/BAS) and refrigerant handling.
•Ability to interpret equipment telemetry and diagnostic reports.
•Maintain valid driver's license for multi-site service requirements if applicable.
•Exhibit customer-centric problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced rental environments.
•Understand basic commercial aspects of rental contracts and SLAs.
