Overview 
 The Lead Mechanic troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.
 Pay: $28.67 per hour.  The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

 Basic Qualifications:
 •  Must be 18 years of age or older 
•  Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license 
•  High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required 
Preferred Qualifications: 
•  One (1) year of prior HVAC o mechanical technician experience is preferred 
•  One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience  is preferred   
Responsibilities: 
•  Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts 
•  Handle heavy workload of calls 
•  Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return  
•  Manage workload and job scheduling 
•  Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork   
•  Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs) 
•  Keep manager informed of customer feedback 
•  Communicate effectively and promptly 
•  Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team 
•  Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company 
•  When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups  
•  Report team performance issues to the Supervisor
