At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role can be based in our New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Mountain View Office.
LinkedIn connects the world’s professionals to make them more productive and successful. The Marketer Education team empowers marketers to grow their skills, careers, and impact through transformative learning. Join us to shape the future of marketing education and drive innovation at scale.
Are you passionate about turning learning data into business impact? As Learning Data & Measurement Manager, you’ll be the engine behind how we track, analyze, and communicate the impact of LinkedIn’s global marketer education programs. You’ll own our dashboards and work closely with LinkedIn’s MIDA (Measurement, Insights & Data Analytics) team to connect learning reach, engagement, and outcomes to business results.
This role is central to our transformation: redefining education from a traditional cost-center into a driver of revenue growth. You’ll deliver insights that influence strategy, identify high-value activities, and guide optimization across our portfolio of learning products.
The Marketer Education team is on a mission to redefine what education means for business impact—elevating it from cost-center to revenue driver. As Learning Data & Measurement Specialist, you’ll shape the way we measure success, uncover insights that guide strategy, and prove how education accelerates growth for LinkedIn and its customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve dashboards that track learner reach, engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes.
- Partner with MIDA and BI teams to ensure seamless data integration across LMS, Salesforce, and internal data lakes.
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility to support decision-making at all levels.
- Build frameworks that connect learning engagement to pipeline influence, product adoption, and revenue impact.
- Define and refine KPIs that demonstrate how learning drives business value.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and visuals for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Identify trends, correlations, and learner signals that spotlight where education drives the most impact.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize programs, shift resources to high-value activities, and retire low-impact efforts.
- Collaborate with curriculum managers, brand marketing, and live training leads to align strategy with data-driven findings.
- Serve as the team’s primary liaison with MIDA and internal analytics stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure learning insights are factored into broader go-to-market strategies.
- Present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams, shaping priorities and investment decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in learning analytics, marketing measurement, or customer education.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms, or data lake integrations.
