About this Position
This role is responsible for executing local sales plans—short, mid, and long term—in alignment with the SBU strategy. The position focuses on maintaining and developing existing customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new customers to drive business growth within the assigned territory.
What you´ll do
- Execute local sales plans (short, mid, and long term) in line with SBU strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and close growth opportunities in the CRM tool (ACE) as part of the customer roadmap.
- Implement pricing actions and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide market insights to the Manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive landscape within the territory.
- Collaborate with the TCS team to conduct line trials, resolve customer issues, and address complaints effectively.
- Deliver key performance targets within the assigned territory or defined accounts.
