Where is the work:
Hybrid (3 days onsite)
What you will do:
- Delivers major change management programs that include plant construction, capacity expansion or transfer, product launch and business integration.
- Provides technical guidance on complex projects, instructing, directing and checking the work of others when necessary.
- Manages a variety of engineering projects from project orientation to testing phase.
- Plans, develops and/or evaluates new projects or processes.
- Engages cross-functional and cross-divisional resources to deliver expected results.
- This role plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
- Serves as a key contributor in the development and assessment of business cases for consideration by senior staff.
What you will bring:
- Interacts with other engineering departments and coordinates their specialized contributions to the development of projects.
- Establishes and leads programs with cross-functional division and corporate support teams including Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial, Legal, Government Affairs, Finance, IT, and Engineering.
