Our Waco Distribution Center is looking to hire their next Distribution Leader who will lead and coordinate daily operations with responsibility for achieving maximum quality and cost effectiveness in an on-time and efficient manner. In this role, you will participate in all areas of employment, performance evaluations, associate relations, and associate development while promoting total employee involvement.

Position Description
- The Distribution Leader is responsible for providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services, and supervising staff.
- The Distribution Leader is responsible leading Inventory Control, with the responsibility of ensuring the accuracy of warehouse and meet the Cycle Count goals.
- This position will perform in-depth analysis of Operations inventory to provide both tactical and strategic direction on how to meet the goals of the organization for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Inventory Control.
Essential Job Functions
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred. H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 3+ years of experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment leading and developing teams
- Must have experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, cycle counts
- Must have good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong Knowledge Oracle R12 or other MRP systems
Compensation:
Pay Range: $70,000 - $95,000
