What does a successful Client Solutions Consultant do?
As a successful Client Solutions Consultant in the Global Solution Consulting organization, you will ensure that Fiserv delivers on its commitments to our clients. You will serve a meaningful role in driving solutions while ensuring client satisfaction and partnership with stakeholders across the company.
What you will do:
- Interact with clients to understand their specific business needs and challenges and recommend solutions that align with Fiserv’s payment product offerings.
- Develop and present tailored solutions based on customer requirements, considering factors like functionality, cost and compliance.
- Support various internal teams through the sales cycle including, but not limited to, sales, proposal management, and product.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to identify options that may require future development or represent new offering opportunities.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fiserv’s payment solutions.
- Serve as a Solution Architect with broad knowledge across multiple Fiserv products and platforms, capable of designing integrated solutions that meet complex client needs.
What you will need to have:
- Knowledge of ACH, wires, fraud controls, and money movement operations and related systems.
- Experience in relationship building, with both internal and external business partners.
- 6+ year of an equivalent combination of educational, work experience and/or financial industry experience.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in client consulting and solution architecture.
- Background in generating revenue growth for clients by identifying opportunities to leverage payment product capabilities.
- Experience providing consulting recommendations to support system enhancements and modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge and experience with Fiserv’s Enterprise Payment Platform and/or Fiserv’s PEP+ products.
Important info about this role:
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
