Who You Are
You'll perform as a Global Supply Chain,
Subcontract Management, Senior Staff member
What You Will Be Doing
You'll be responsible for the management of
supplier cost, schedule and technical
performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified
Commercial Off The Shelf, performance
specification and complex build-to-print
subcontracts for commercial, DOD and
international programs. You'll lead
multifunctional subcontract management teams.
Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier
agreements and purchase orders within
established authority. You'll also lead the
development of subcontract specifications, work
statements, and terms & conditions for the
procurement of specialized materials, equipment,
and services for subcontract systems in support
of development, production and global
sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
You'll prepare bid packages, conduct bidders'
conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze
and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract
provisions including price, select or recommend
subcontractors, write subcontract packages,
prepares awards and administer resulting
subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited
college/university
Supply Chain Management, Procurement and/or
Subcontract Management experience
Experience working with price analysis and
negotiations
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations
(FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
(DFAR)
Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems,
Applications and Processes (SAP)
Desired Skills:
Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
Demonstrated working knowledge of Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
SME knowledge of Production and Sustainment lifecycles
Working experience with procurement performance
metrics and data analytics dashboards
Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities
Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated
Complex problem solving skills
Project Management experience and skills
SME with Procurement and Buying principles within F-35 and/or other aircraft platforms
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Team lead or managerial experience
Experience with TINA

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
