PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The primary purpose of this role is to manage end to end processes for assigned programs, ensuring customer needs are met and in alignment with overall strategic direction.To do this, the role must coordinate overall development and design while working cross functionally. This role must be able to establish and maintain business relationships to ensure successful cross functional design. This role must be able to influence and negotiate to help drive improvements.
RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS
• Owns end to end processes for CC or IST including process design, and making sure it meets customer and business needs
• Develop and maintain relationships to identify changes that may impact our customers and internal processes
• Engage cross functionally to ensure effective process design including upstream and downstream impacts
• Accountable for achieving desired outcomes of the process through control methods
• Leads continuous improvement efforts while utilizing process management methodologies
• Share business intelligence regarding customer experience with partners to help drive necessary change
• Ensure support teams are aware of upcoming changes and engaged to allow teams to properly prepare
• Solves business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject matter experts both internally and externally where needed
• Design and implement processes that support run the business activities and adoption / realization of departmental strategy
• Recognize trends to identify opportunities and understand what is working well and not working well in order to take appropriate action to drive performance in an omni-channel environment
Pay Range: $83,500.00 - $139,400.00 annually
