About the Role
Workday Contract Intelligence and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), powered by Evisort AI, is one of the most exciting additions to the Workday suite. We're offering a disruptive, AI-native solution that transforms legal agreements from a compliance burden into a strategic asset, delivering unprecedented speed and intelligence to enterprise operations.
What You'll Be Selling: The Evisort AI Edge
The solution is the difference between contracts being a compliance burden and a strategic asset. You will be positioning the following value to C-level executives:
Contract Intelligence: Using Evisort's proprietary AI, you'll show customers how to instantly turn millions of complex legal documents (PDFs, scans, email attachments) into actionable, searchable data.
Massive ROI: You will be selling measurable financial impact by helping customers prevent costly missed renewals, uncover hidden revenue and savings, and reduce manual effort across Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
Accelerated Deals (CLM): Streamline the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation (using Generative AI) to execution, cutting contract cycle times from months to minutes.
Strategic Insight: Empower teams with a simple "Ask AI" chat function to query their entire contract repository and get instant, reliable, compliance-driven answers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and drive the overall short-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives and building & maintaining long-term relationships.
Be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners with a focus on deal management and connecting customer needs with specific specialized products Workday solutions.
Work with Net New AEs to identify potential Workday solution sales for existing specialized products customers.
Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and service forecast data.
About You
We are looking for proven closers who thrive on selling transformational technology and have experience in the CLM space.
Basic Qualifications (Essential):
3+ years of direct experience selling Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or related Contract Intelligence products.
3+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based solutions to C-levels in a field sales position.
Experience developing deep product expertise on new products and staying up to date with industry trends.
3+ years experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to create alignment.
Other Qualifications
Exceptional understanding of the strategic competitive landscape of the industry, enabling you to effectively position Workday solutions.
Proven ability to partner effectively with internal team members on account strategies for prospecting and territory management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that can articulate complex AI value propositions simply and compellingly.
