Retail Store Manager – UScellular, now part of T-Mobile / Quality Cellular

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead multiple of our retail locations.
As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and developing a high-performing team. You’ll lead by example, coach your team daily, and create an environment where both employees and customers thrive.

Your Role
- Inspire and motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver top-tier customer experiences.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach Sales Representatives to success.
- Lead daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing coaching.
- Partner with Sales Director to launch new products, promotions, and sales initiatives.
- Maintain an engaging, clean, and customer-friendly store environment.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, showing your team how to close deals and serve customers with excellence.
- Participate in community and company events that build customer connections and brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of retail management experience (wireless or commissioned sales a plus)
- Proven ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong sales skills with a drive to exceed performance standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with technology and retail systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
