What you´ll do
- The Joico Omni Channel Sr Marketing Manager will be the brand champion within the US market who will be responsible for total ownership of the assigned brands. Main responsibilites include: designing and delivering full promotional strategy, managing existing core business, and executing new product launches commercialization campaigns. The primary roles and responsibilities allow the position to take full ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Accountable for executing Joico trade/channel marketing campaigns in the US to launch new products and grow/maintain existing product business.
- Partner with sales management to plan and execute trade and retail programs. This includes creating and implementing annual promotional plans, POG design, sampling initiatives and conversion strategies.
- Responsible for optimizing brand growth in the US market, while ensuring global image, standards and direction is upheld.
- Lead shopper insight study to drive overall brand growth/strategy.
- Budget/Invoice tracking & processing.
- Prepare bimonthly national promotional analysis, competitive information and post-launch analysis. Analyze sales results continuously to ensure that resources are focused on achieving company objectives
