As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our Aeronautics Production Operations team in Fort Worth, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the workforce behind some of the world’s most advanced defense and aerospace technologies.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and champion a high-performance culture that values agility, accountability, and creativity.
What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you’ll partner directly with Production Operations and Aeronautics leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive mission success. Your focus will be on enabling leaders, empowering employees, and ensuring that Lockheed Martin continues to be a great place to work and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing comprehensive workforce plans to meet short- and long-term business needs.
• Partnering with leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Using HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and inform data-based decision making.
• Supporting leadership selection, talent and succession planning, and career development for critical skills.
• Administering total rewards programs in alignment with enterprise policies and local needs.
• Serving as a Culture of Accountability role model and an employee advocate, ensuring a workplace where every employee can thrive.
• Collaborating across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective and innovative people solutions.

• 1+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or within HR functional areas (e.g., Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, Performance Management, or Talent Acquisition).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Desired Skills:• Proven project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple HR initiatives and programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
•The ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, while also demonstrating a strong capacity for collaboration and teamwork, working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the HR organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling presentations to management and employees, promoting HR initiatives and programs and driving business outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of leadership, employees, and peers, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and open communication.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
