Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kalamazoo, MI for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, menu planning, and food preparation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating innovative and appealing menu items. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with the management team to meet financial goals and provide an exceptional dining experience for guests.
