What you´ll do
- Is responsible for delivery note creation Performs transportation planning in Transport Management System Supervises transport execution activities
- Follows up the transportation activities using applicable Henkel tools Informs carrier about the process in case of incidencies
- Communicates with customer service to improve customer satisfaction by delivering on time / in full scope Is responsible for Import / Export procedures and document handling
- Makes additional costs or freight costs correction in Transport Management System Is responsible for transport execution projects
