What you will do:
Manage the EVP’s calendar by balancing strategic commitments and daily needs to optimize time and outcomes.
Coordinate complex travel itineraries and logistics, ensuring policy compliance and cost-efficiency.
Lead administrative processes including deadlines management, digital file organization, and timely expense reports submission.
Oversee team expenditure requests and approvals ensuring accuracy and appropriate authorization.
Support meetings by preparing agendas, capturing clear notes, tracking action items, and driving timely follow-up.
Draft and edit professional communication, correspondence, and briefings on behalf of the EVP.
Administer leadership leave schedules, resolve conflicts, and coordinate necessary approvals.
Execute HR and systems tasks in HRIS for the EVP, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
What you will need to have:
Proven experience supporting senior executives in similar roles.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable interacting with senior leaders and external partners.
High degree of discretion and professionalism dealing with confidential information.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in dynamic settings.
Demonstrated ability in coordinating travel, meetings, and executive-level document management.
Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accurate work delivery.
