About the Team
We in the Workday Private Equity Practice Analyst build partnerships with leading Private Equity firms by supporting value creation across the portfolio of companies they own through the deployment of Workday's platform for Human Capital Management and Finance. We act as link between PE operating teams and field teams at Workday to help deliver outcomes that suit all parties.
About the Role
- Support Relationship Managers and PE Practice in developing and handling relationships (RMs) with key Private Equity Partners
- Advocate for the partnership with PE firms and internally at Workday
- Collaborate with RMs to deliver updates to firms and understand Workday products and services
- Contribute with RMs and account teams to plan and define business and operating model opportunities
- Maintain channel transparency for the PE Practice and the wider company by connecting PE firms with portfolio accounts in Workday’s CRM and generating dashboards and reports
- Participate in portfolio performance reviews and build relevant presentation materials
- Collaborate with a variety of Sales teams in driving opportunities to closure
- Build and maintain communication channels internally within Workday to keep interested parties aligned to PE Practice activities
- Assist marketing programmers in building and assisting as required
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting for business development teams within enterprise software or consulting organizations
Other Qualifications
- Experience coordinating and working with international customers and internal team members
- Exposure to C-Level executives
- Demonstrated proficiency in using spreadsheets and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft, Google) for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Strong work ethic and personal strive to help strengthen the team and channel to market
- Knowledge of the private equity operating model, the demands placed on portfolio companies and role technology plays in delivering helpful outcomes for all parties
