Position Summary
Employee will support the PIAB Overpayment Recovery Department, in a production and quality environment, by validating claims to determine if they are overpaid based on Aetna Policy and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 1+ years QNXT claims experience (reading or processing of claims)
Excellent written communication skills
Exhibits Heart at Work Behaviors
Meeting or Exceeding all scorecard objectives for a rolling 12 months
Strong analytical and research skills
Preferred Qualifications
Basic experience in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, TEAMS)
Experience in a production/quality environment
Experience in OPT, Document Viewer, CEQ, GPS, HRP, QNXT, ACAS
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:
$18.50 - $38.82
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
