Join Our Team at Nurture & Nature ABA!
Who We Are
At Nurture & Nature Applied Behavior Analysis and Consultation, we are more than an ABA provider — we are a BCBA-owned, clinician-led organization built on compassion, integrity, and collaboration. We believe in a Growth Mindset, career mentorship, and delivering dynamic, evidence-based ABA treatments that truly make a difference. Our team is a community of passionate, ethical, and supportive clinicians committed to professional excellence, client success, and each other.
About the Role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Associate Clinical Director to join our growing team in a hybrid capacity combining both in-person and remote work.
This unique model offers flexibility while maintaining the high-touch clinical collaboration that defines our culture.
As a BCBA/Associate Clinical Director, you’ll lead with compassion, clinical expertise, and a dedication to improving lives through Applied Behavior Analysis.
Responsibilities
Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles
Provide supervision and oversight of 1:1 therapy across in-home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings
Conduct assessments, data analysis, and clinical observations
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
Lead Adaptive Skills Team (AST) meetings and parent education sessions
Develop program materials, review data, and update goals as needed
Support new case launches, hiring needs, and interdepartmental communication
Maintain 30 hours of billable clinical work per week
Uphold the highest standards of ethical, kind, and integrity-driven care
Hybrid Work Structure
At Nurture & Nature ABA, we understand the importance of balance and flexibility for our clinicians.
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds — meaningful field engagement and dedicated time for clinical work and collaboration.
Typical Schedule Example:
3 days in-field and/or clinic – conducting observations, supervising sessions, and supporting families
2 days remote – completing documentation, treatment planning, data review, supervision meetings, and clinical collaboration
This model supports efficiency, reduces burnout, and fosters continued professional growth while maintaining the close-knit culture that defines our team.

At Nurture and Nature, we are a clinician-run ABA practice founded by BCBAs Kristine and Denice 10 years ago. As a smaller, community-focused organization, we prioritize ethical care over corporate structure. Our founders remain active in the field, supporting a full caseload and taking pride in providing hands-on leadership. We’re seeking dedicated and compassionate clinicians to join us in making a positive impact within the ABA community
