What you´ll do
- Order & TO Management: Open and close orders and transfer orders (TOs); track and report open TOs to the Warehouse team.
- Production Oversight: Manage line starts, monitor process order variances, and ensure timely changeover communication (bulk, components, and quality ready 1 hour prior).
- Issue Escalation: Handle quality escalations (QIRs, samples, tracking), compounding issues, and batch delays or rejections.
- Shift Coordination: Prepare shift reports and ensure effective supervisor handoffs to maintain operational continuity.
- Planning & Data Analysis: Support shift planning with the scheduler and perform data analysis to drive shift performance improvements.
