What you´ll do
- Own and steer (cross-Business Unit) transformational initiatives on sales excellence & strategic pricing
- Drive professional key account management
- Lead, develop and implement Category Management strategy
- Lead, develop and implement Net Revenue Management and Analytics strategy
- Enhance customer experience and improve sales performance by ensuring full utilization of the Salesforce CRM-tool
- Increase digital sales and expand capabilities of our digital channels utilizing sales tools
- Define and deploy targeted trainings for customer facing teams
- Act as transformational leader partnering up with our sales leaders and relevant stakeholders to increase selling time, remove roadblocks and increase seller capabilities of our sales teams
- Define and globally promote best-in-class standards / best practices and instill sales process discipline and excellence in execution in our sales teams
- Drive, monitor & benchmark achievement of quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Advise our senior management with actionable business insights and tangible recommendations
- Support global Commercial Excellence Team as North American liaison
- Member of North America Retail Leadership Team and Global Commercial Excellence Team
