About this Position We’re seeking a proactive, commercially focused team player and passionate Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our media strategy across Australia and New Zealand. What you´ll do
- Oversee end-to-end media planning and buying across all channels (TV, digital, social, OOH), ensuring alignment with brand and commercial objectives.
- Manage media agency relationships and collaborate with key external partners (e.g. Google, Meta, TikTok) to drive impactful and cost-efficient campaigns.
- Champion test-and-learn opportunities and continuously optimise media performance through Henkel’s Experimentation@Scale process.
- Manage media platforms (HMC & Henkel Open) and deliver performance reports, competitive analysis, post-buy reviews, and ad hoc insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure robust tracking of media KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, and sales uplift, supporting data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate full marketing budget tracking and monthly forecasts, including PO creation, invoice management, and spend reconciliation.
- Work closely with internal teams (Brand, Shopper, Finance) and global/regional counterparts to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Provide clear, data-backed insights and recommendations to guide senior stakeholders and support strategic media decisions.
