About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Production Consultant to support marketing campaigns and initiatives across Wells Fargo in the Branch Content and Chanel Operations team
In this role, you will:- Lead complex initiatives that may involve traditional, digital, new and emerging mediums, including paid, owned, and earned, in support of corporate, cross business or a business segment with strategic impact
- Participate in management of relationships and integration of plans or programs
- Review complex tasks such as tracking and evaluating performance of programs, services and projects
- Consult with business leaders to adjust plans to meet changing market and conditions
- Make decisions in evaluating and managing new initiatives and business opportunities
- Influence and lead marketing production to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Strategically collaborate and consult with cross enterprise, cross lines of business, cross functional resources, legal, compliance, vendor relationships and business leaders to adjust plans to meet changing market and conditions
- Lead or participate in the execution and maintenance of digital marketing campaigns, programs and initiatives for one or more products, programs or business lines within marketing production
- Lead or participate in the creation of digital content for more advanced initiatives that facilitate customer engagement related to marketing and communications deliverables
- Review and ensure campaigns or programs meet objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
- Lead team to meet Marketing Production deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of legal and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with cross functional groups, key vendors and marketing team
- Ensure review and retention of process milestones and approvals from Legal, compliance and business partners
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms
- 4 + years of platforms building execution platforms
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Experience end to end process within the redevelopment space testing
- 4+ years of campaign execution experience
- 4+ years of digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms
- Experience with supporting test content needs
- Experience in financial services or banking experience
- Provide subject matter expertise to marketing business partners on channel execution strategy
- Experience with processing and technical detail
- 4 + years of Project management experience

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$100,000.00 - $196,000.00
